From Dormant to Live in Two Weeks
A Solo Brand & Build
Project Owner, designer and web designer - the full stack of ownership, alone.

Context.
At a consumer-lending fintech operating several brands in the Czech market, one brand — CreditAir — had been dormant for years. On a call with the Czech team I offered to revive and refresh it as a working product. The board agreed, and speed mattered: a market-wide rebrand was already on the horizon.
My role.
A complete solo project. I deliberately took on every hat — Project Owner, manager, UI designer and web designer — with support from IT and one frontend developer. I wanted to test whether I could carry something the whole way alone.
Approach.
Rather than reinvent the machinery, I reused the existing loan processes and built a new experience on top: a new logo, colour palette and typography (Lato), a deliberately simplified two-element icon set, and abstract air-and-cloud imagery. The front end ran on a WordPress template; the client zone on Bootstrap. With one developer, we shipped a working website carrying the full customer process in two weeks.
Outcome.
A dormant brand brought live as a working, revenue-generating product in two weeks — full visual identity through to production, designed and shipped solo. Proof I can take a brand from blank page to live product without a team to lean on.
